Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Emporium is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing documentation if needed.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to Emporium due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for additional reshipment costs.
